    Recommendation

    While in the cooking step (step 4) you can steam potatoes, for this, chop the potatoes into slices or cubes, season with salt and olive oil.
    If after cooking the stew, the potatoes are still hard, remove the stew from the jar, without cleaning add 1 liter of water and select MANUAL KITCHEN, speed 4, temperature 130 and steam until cooked.

    3 Italian zucchini chopped
    1 red bell pepper in pieces
    30 milliliter olive oil
    1 chopped leek or onion cut in 4
    120 milliliter water
    1/2 teaspoon color chili pepper
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    salt to taste
    lemon juice
    1 tablespoon 15ml mustard
