    Recommendation

    Do not overfill cupcakes!

    This is a really runny mixture and that is normal

    Add buttercream icing if you wish or eat as they are for a slightly healthier option.

    Ingredients For 12 serves

    200 gram Raw sugar
    42 gram cornflour
    85 gram Plain flour or 00 flour
    3 gram salt
    6 gram baking soda (bicarb soda)
    3 gram baking powder
    35 gram cocoa
    90 milliliter olive oil
    125 milliliter Hot coffee (or hot water is ok too)
    125 milliliter milk
    1 Egg (large)
    2 gram Vanilla paste
