    Recommendation

    This sauce can be called "beet pesto".
    It goes well with meat and fish dishes, green salads and cheeses. It is ideal for decorating any dish.

    Ingredients

    350-400 gram boiled beets
    50 gram walnuts
    1 tablespoon 15ml lemon juice
    2-3 garlic cloves
    1 pinch sea salt
    1-2 pinch pepper mix (green, yellow, red)
    1/3 teaspoon soy sauce
    80 milliliter rapeseed oil
