    Recommendation

    You can make the sugar syrup in the Supercook: you only need two measures of sugar and one measure of water. (you can use any container you want as a measurement)
    Preparation. Put the sugar in the jug, program 30 seconds at speed 10, then add the water and program 2 minutes at speed 6.

    600 milliliter pisco 35°
    250 milliliter lemon juice
    200 milliliter sugar syrup
    1 egg white
    10 o 15 ice cubes
