    Recommendation

    Ingredients

    1 piece lemon grass
    1 piece 1 thumb sized piece Galangal, thinly sliced
    1 measuring cup dried peppers
    1 measuring cup kaffir lime leaves
    1000 gram chicken stock
    400 gram coconut milk
    1 tablespoon 15ml garlic-chili paste
    4 chicken thighs (boneless, skinless what I use)
    5 fresh mushrooms
    1 lime (use lemon or bottled juice if fresh is not available)
    1 measuring cup coriander
