    Tastes great as a bread spread, but also with grilled meat. The cream should pull through before serving. It stays in the fridge for a few days.

    Ingredients For 4 serves

    3 piece large eggplants
    3 piece garlic cloves
    5 tablespoon 15ml olive oil
    4 tablespoon 15ml Sesame paste
    1 tablespoon 15ml white balsamic vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 pinch chilli
