Can be served with rice if you like and a squirt of fish sauce.

1 bagian	lemon grass
1 bagian	1 thumb sized piece Galangal, thinly sliced
1 gelas pengukur	dried peppers
1 gelas pengukur	kaffir lime leaves
1000 gram	chicken stock
400 gram	coconut milk
1 sendok makan 15ml	garlic-chili paste
4	chicken thighs (boneless, skinless what I use)
5	fresh mushrooms
1	lime (use lemon or bottled juice if fresh is not available)
1 gelas pengukur	coriander
