Ingredients For 6 serves

900 gram chicken thighs, sliced thickly
4 shortcut bacon rashers, diced
2 clove garlic
60 gram butter, room temperature
4 tablespoon (AUS 20ml) plain flour
2 tablespoon (AUS 20ml) vegetable/chicken stock concentrate
500 gram water
.5 teaspoon All purpose spice
.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoon (AUS 20ml) cream
.5 cup (AUS 250 ml) frozen peas
250 gram red-skinned potatoes, peeled and cut 1/2 inch pieces
250 gram carrots, peeled and cut 1/2 inch pieces
1 leek, finely sliced white part
2 sheets puff pastry
1 egg
