    Recommendation

    Fruits should be frozen in small pieces, flat and in a single layer.
    Use them as needed.
    For a firmer consistency, place the sorbet in the freezer for 15 min. before serving.
    For an express milkshake: put 1 to 2 tbsp of sorbet and 200 g of milk in the bowl, and mix 10 sec / speed 6.

    500 gram frozen fruits you like
    10 à 25 % sugar (60 to 100 g)
    1 egg white (optional)
