    Recommendation

    These can also be cooked in the oven in silicone mini loaf trays for approximately 25minutes in a preheated oven at 180degrees Celsius (fan forced).
    I cooked half the mixture as fritters and half the mixture in the oven to bake. These make a great breakfast meal or savoury lunch snack for kids lunchboxes and the mini loaves worked well with freezing once cooled and individually wrapped.

    Ingredients For 8 serves

    80 gram cheddar cheese (roughly chopped)
    175 gram zucchini (roughly chopped)
    50 gram Onion (roughly chopped)
    100 gram Frozen Corn Kernels
    290 gram self-raising flour
    240 milliliter milk
    2 piece eggs (large)
    60 milliliter olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
    1 teaspoon Mixed herbs
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    3 tablespoon (AUS 20ml) olive oil (to cook in fry pan with)
