    425 gram tin of tuna in springwater
    750 gram diced potato (I use a mix of white and sweet potato)
    1 piece onion quartered
    10 gram garlic
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    20 milliliter oil + oil to fry with
    1 teaspoon salt
    120 milliliter milk
    1/2 cup (AUS 250 ml) flour + flour to coat cakes
    pepper to taste
    1/2 teaspoon salt for sauce
    1 egg
