    Recommendation

    The proportions can be varied to suit your taste. For 200 ml of cream, take 2-3 tablespoons of cheese. If there is not enough cheese, then its taste will be barely noticeable, and if there is too much, then the sauce will be too rich and salty.

    Ingredients

    200 milliliter Cream 30-33%
    60-80 gram Roquefort cheese or any cheese with green mold
    some pepper to taste
