    1 clove garlic
    10 gram olive oil or butter
    160 gram crunchy peanut butter
    20 gram soy sauce or kecap manis
    20 gram lemon juice
    15 gram brown sugar
    160 gram coconut milk
    1 teaspoon curry powder optional
    1/2 teaspoon chilli powder optional
