    Recommendation

    Der Teig muss vor dem Verarbeiten 2 bis 4 Wochen dunkel und kühl stehen.

    Dann den Teig ausrollen, ausstechen und 8 bis 10 Minuten bei 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze backen.
    Nach Wunsch verzieren.

    5 gram gingerbread spice
    500 gram flour
    1 teaspoon Pottasche
    20 milliliter rum
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoon 15ml cocoa
