    Recommendation

    This recipe is from the Thermomix community recipe site and produce delicious & moist cupcakes.

    I've adapted the timing/speeds slightly for my Supercook (Australia) machine and our personal tastes (some people use double cans for the kidney beans)

    You can also bake in an 18-20cm greased and lined spring-form cake tin for 40 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean.

    Ingredients For 12 serves

    1 can Red Kidney Beans (410g can), drained, rinsed
    1 tablespoon 15ml water or coffee
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    140 gram rapadura sugar (or coconut or brown sugar)
    125 gram butter, room temperature
    5 eggs
    50 gram unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon GF Baking Powder
    1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
    1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
