    Recommendation

    Tips for Custard making
    Mix the cornflour with some of the milk and then add it in once the blades are spinning
    If the custard is not thickening enough for your taste increase the temperature to 100C at least until the custard comes to the boil to activate the cornflour properly

    Ingredients For 8 serves

    200 gram chocolate
    2 piece eggs
    500 gram milk
    2 tablespoon (AUS 20ml) heaped cornflour
