    500 kilo spinach leaves, fresh
    300 milliliter water
    1 grated carrots
    3 chopped chives
    30 milliliter olive oil
    4 gram salt
    1 clove garlic
    2 potatoes peeled and diced
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon Fresh grated ginger
    1 tablespoon 15ml coriander, chopped (optional)
