    500 gram clean and stemless spinach
    300 milliliter water
    1 chopped carrot
    3 chopped chives (or half onion cut in 2)
    30 milliliter olive oil
    4 gram salt
    1 clove garlic
    2 peeled and diced potatoes
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
    1 tablespoon 15ml coriander or parsley (optional)
