Recommendation
Sterilising Jars
Microwave:
Add some water to the jars and heat in the microwave for 1min each. Remove from microwave and pour hot water over the lid and seal. Dry with a clean tea towel and pour hot jam straight into hot jars.
Stove top:
Add water to saucepan and boil, place jars into boiling water for 10mins and take out and let dip on clean tea towel, set oven to 120 degrease

1 can | Pineapple Slices in Syrup (Small Can 225g) | |
350 gram | Sugar (White or Raw) | |
1 teaspoon | Finely Grated Lime Peel |
